Why can't my newly added users see the public matter OneDrive workspaces?
This is because MATTEROOM only supports automatic synchronization of users due to Microsoft third-party API limitations when your subscription includes one of the following plans: Microsoft Entra ID P1, Microsoft Entra ID P2, Microsoft Entra Suite. If your subscription does not include one of these plans, administrators will need to manually synchronize new MATTEROOM users in Microsoft Azure. Without this step, newly added users will not have access to public matter OneDrive workspaces.
